One goal, small wins
Make a weekly reward chart with a goal agreed together, a reward and seven opportunities to try.
Your entries stay in this tab and are not sent to our server. Reloading or closing the page clears them. Print to keep a copy.
1. Personalise
The starting examples are editable. Use simple labels without sensitive information.
At most one point a day for seven days. Days are numbered so you can start whenever you like.
One goal everyone understands
Choose a small achievable action, such as ‘put my shoes in their place when I come home’. Avoid vague goals like ‘be good’. Agree on the help available, when a point is awarded and the reward.
This chart allows at most one point a day for seven days. Choose a target from one to seven. Days are numbered so you can start whenever you like. This is not a ranking between children.
A support you can adapt
A shared activity can be a reward: choosing Saturday’s game or making a snack together. Care, rest, meals and affection never depend on points. If the chart creates tension, pause and talk about what makes it difficult.
This is not medical advice or a therapeutic method. It simply helps you record a family agreement. Print an empty chart before starting, or print the checked points to keep a record.
